This notice explains how Benn Day handles personal information when you make an enquiry by email, phone or an associated Benn Day advertising form.
Online enquiries are temporarily unavailable. Please contact me by email or phone. This website is hosted by Cloudflare and does not collect enquiry submissions or use website analytics.

Who handles your information
This website is operated by Benn Day, a sole-trader software engineer based in North West Tasmania and working across Tasmania.
Information I collect
When you contact me by email or phone, I receive your contact details and the information you choose to provide about your business, project or the problem you would like to solve.
If you enquire through a Benn Day form on Facebook or Instagram, I receive the information you choose to submit through that form.
Please do not include sensitive personal information unless it is necessary for your enquiry.
How I use your information
- understand and respond to your enquiry;
- assess whether I can help;
- discuss possible work and suitable next steps;
- manage follow-up communication; and
- provide agreed services if we work together.
Your information is not used for an unrelated purpose without your permission unless required by law.
How enquiries are handled
The online enquiry form is temporarily unavailable. No enquiry information is submitted or stored through this website.
Email enquiries are handled through Google Workspace. Cloudflare hosts the website and processes requests needed to deliver its pages. These providers process information as needed to operate their services.
Facebook and Instagram enquiries
Benn Day may use lead forms provided by Meta on Facebook or Instagram. Meta collects the information you enter and makes it available to Benn Day.
Meta handles its collection and processing under its own privacy terms. Once Benn Day receives your enquiry, it is handled for the purposes described in this notice.
Analytics and advertising technology
This website does not currently use PostHog analytics, a Meta advertising pixel or audience tracking. Associated Facebook and Instagram forms remain subject to Meta’s privacy terms.
Links to other services
This website links to Benn Day profiles on Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn. If you follow one of these links, you leave this website. The service you visit handles information under its own privacy terms.
